Doing missions is at the heart of what we want to be as a church. Our desire is for the phrase “Loving Jesus and Making Him Known,” to be more than a slogan. We want to model it by expanding the Kingdom of God.
In our mission endeavors we seek to minister and evangelize through many activities. Prayerwalks, personal evangelism, social ministries and strengthening existing churches are some of the ways we seek to do missions.
Psalm 96:3 "Declare His glory among the nations, His marvelous deeds among all peoples."

In 2009 our Honduras mission trip had to be postponed due to the unrest in the county. This would have been our 4 th trip to Honduras. We work with El Ayudante and minister in a variety of ways: street evangelism, sports clinics, school programs, worship services, construction, ministering to mountain villages, and working in orphanages are a few of the things we do.

We made our 3rd trip to Romania in 2009. We have developed a wonderful partnership with the congregation at Black Forrest. The last Sunday of each month we take up an offering to support the pastor and family along with the ministry there in the village. We love our brothers and sisters there and a blessed to be partners with them in ministry. n 2009 our Romania Mission Team traveled to Romania. They visited two schools and took supplies and Bibles to the children.

A note from Laura ...
I am pleased to give you a special gift, a video called, "The Wall: A Generation Later." This video (CLICK HERE), directed by Jim Southard, summarizes the dramatic story of what God has done in the Campus Ministry of CCC before, during and since the fall of Communism in the Eastern Europe Area. God has truly torn down not merely physical walls, but many spiritual walls.
I hope you will find it to be a personal encouragement. It did bring tears to my eyes.
May God bless you through it, too.
