God is good all the time! All the time God is good!
We’ve had an awesome August here at FBC Bemis. God has brought some new people to us and we rejoice. We also rejoice in the salvation of some this month. Praise the Lord, He is still in the saving business! Thanks to all those who have sung for us this month. It’s been different worshipping in the Fellowship Hall, but it has worked well.
We look forward to what God has in store for us in September. Jane and I will be celebrating our 33rd anniversary on September 4th. We are so thankful to the Lord that 23 of those years have been here. Ya’ll are our family. Thanks for putting up with us these many years. We’ll be vacating from August 31 to September 9. Pray for us as we travel. God has blessed us with Richard & Melanie Mann and the boys. Richard is so good to fill in for me while I’m gone! I can leave and not worry about a thing.
Our children’s choirs will be starting back up in September. If you have children, Kindergarten through the 6th Grade, they need to be in one of the choirs. More info next week.
You know, we hear a lot of bad news in our community, state, nation and world but there is good news. The angel said “You shall bear a son, and you shall call Him Jesus, and He will be the Savior of the world.” That’s good news! Tell somebody that needs to hear it
